Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: 150 INR

  • Express Shipping: 350 INR

Note: Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Custom or limited-edition products may take up to 7 business days for processing.

4. Delivery Time

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Scientifically is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery.

  • Report any damage or missing items to hello.scientifically@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
